Induction is a process designed to facilitate your integration into a new role, providing you with the necessary motivation and support to perform your duties effectively.
Embarking on a new venture can be both thrilling and intimidating, and throughout your induction, you are likely to have a multitude of inquiries, as there is much to grasp and comprehend.
The induction process is a joint responsibility between AELP as an organization, your line manager, and you as a member of staff. Other colleagues, while not responsible for your induction, can also assist in helping you settle into the organization.
As an organisation we strive to provide our employees with the resources and development opportunities they require to excel in their roles, ultimately allowing us to provide exceptional services to the FE sector.
